AJ founded RIC REALTY after switched his career from FMCG corporate to Real estate & development. AJ is coming from strong corporate background and bringing with him of 13 years’ experience in the ‘fast-moving consumer goods’ industry, where AJ spent years establishing his precision-specific customer-centric, relationship building skills which is a considerable requirement within real estate. AJ has worked with big corporates like Asahi Beverages, Carlton United Brewery and Lion Dairy & Drinks on various roles including Demand Planner, Demand Analyst and Production Manager; and developed skills including; analysis, research, feasibility, attention to detail, communication, negotiations, mentoring team, and of course, building relationships.

AJ’s dynamic career compliments a strong and study-orientated background, including Bachelor Degree & Masters in Information Technology from Swinburne University, Melbourne. Bolstering his real estate career with an additional layer of education, AJ is currently studying a Masters of Property (Major in Valuation) from RMIT, Melbourne. It’s with no question that this course is further building upon, and enhancing his established real estate skill set, ensuring an intricate understanding of Property Valuations, Valuation Practices, Property Investment Feasibility, Property Development Analysis & Feasibility and Statutory Planning.

With this high-level of industry-based learning and understanding, AJ is excited to help his client’s make informed decisions about buying or selling property, building an investment portfolio, or looking for property development sites.

Away from the realm of real estate, AJ is a passionate cricketer, and sports enthusiast, and enjoys watching his beloved Hawks play at any chance he gets! A keen family man, AJ is often found spending time with his beautiful family and friends.
